________________ (8) bay when the accumulated amount should be paid over to the said Sabha and payment of the said ten percent should thereafter be continued and the trustees shall out of the remaining twenty percent of the said residue pay such sum or sums of money on the poor members of the Jain Digamber Community who to the said trustees may appear deserving of support either in their business or for the purpose of maintaining them. And it is hereby further agreed and declared that the Reserved Fund to be set apart as aforesaid and all sums of moneys remaining unexpended in the hands of the said trustees shall be invested in securities authorised under the provisions of the lodian Trust Act II of 1882 Section 20 or any of them or in the purchase of an immoveable property in Bombay which investiments shall form part of the reserve fund and shall be utilised for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned in connection with the Reserve fund. And it is hereby further provided and declared that for the proper mit nagement of the said trustees shall appoiot a Managing Committee which shall from time to time make such rules and regulations in respect of the proper and better management of the several objects of the trust as the said committee shall think fit and proper. And it is hereby further agreed and declared that it shall be lawful for the managing committee to reserve from time to time such portion or portions of the said Dharamsala for the use and benefit of Digamber Jains only as they may from time to time think fit.
