૩૨૦. જેવી રીતે નિર્મળી-ફળનું પાણી અથવા શરદઋતુના સરોવરનું
પાણી માટી બેસી જવાથી નિર્મળ થાય છે, તેવી જ રીતે જેનો સંપૂર્ણ મોહ ઉપશાન્ત થઈ ગયો છે, તેવો નિર્મળ પરિણામી ઉપશાન્ત કષાય કહેવાય છે.
320. Just like juice of Nirmali fruit or pond water
of pre winter 'Sharad' season, where dust is at bottom and outward is getting clean like one whose entire 'Moha' is pacified and such cleansed reflection holder soul is said to be in Gunasthanak named 'Upashanta Kashaya.'
३२१. णिस्सेसखीणमोहो, फलिहामल-भायणुदय-समचित्तो ।
खीणकसाओ भण्णइ, णिग्गंथो वीयराएहिं ।।१६।।
सम्पूर्ण मोह पूरी तरह नष्ट हो जाने से जिनका चित्त स्फटिकमणि के पात्र में रखे हुए स्वच्छ जल की तरह निर्मल हो जाता है, उन्हें वीतरागदेव ने क्षीण-कषाय निर्गन्थ कहा है।
૩૨૧. સંપૂર્ણ મોહ પૂરેપૂરો નાશ પામવાથી જેનું ચિત્ત સ્ફટિકમણિતા
પાત્રમાં રાખેલ સ્વચ્છ પાણી જેવું નિર્મળ થઈ જાય છે, તેને વીતરાગદેવે ક્ષીણ-કષાય તિગ્રંથ કહેલ છે.
