Acquaintance of the right spiritual saint in this kaliyuga or obstructive bad present times, can be had by braving illimitable hardships.
Adopt any means either incantation, religious activity or reading religions scriptures
So long as one is finding pleasure and happiness in the worldly activities he cannot find his self within him, and where he believes in the truth of the sayings of the saints he should try to transform the affection to the unworldly.

Towards Shri Subhagya who is an embodiment of rest of my heart as self. Here mostly in my self same state I experience constant natural meditation or Samadhi, Even the free mind finds bondage in the contact with truly realised saints. All this happens because of the mind some of our sayings may result in 57 the best reward namely self realization or liberation.
The Kaliyuga is called difficult time because in it all living beings strive 58 for securing the objects of their five senses and they continuously keep on desiring to obtain them. If in these times, one is found free from such hankerings, he should be regarded an second Shri Rama.
By whichever way our living soul 59 may realise its true nature i.e. self.
Many kinds of Meditation the best kind of meditation. Three great defects of 60 a living being and of these three, swachhand is the greatest defect. For taking one's soul away from all non-self activities.
