I was sorry to hear about the decease of the Maharaj Sindhia because I saw how nobly he tried to promote the case of religion in India. But I trust that his successor's Government will follow in his foot-steps and do what it can for your work in the state.

My wife and myself often think of the happy days we spent with you and your pupils both in Shivpuri and in Agra. We also had the luck to meet the mother whose son we learnt to know and to admire as a noble servant of eternal truth. And we feel thankful to her for what she has given us.
