It is therefore called as knowledge by testimony and not by acquaintance. Q.1.20.2 A.I.20.2 How many kinds of scriptural knowledge are there? There are two or many as well as 12 types of scriptural knowledge indicated in the scriptures. Q.1.20.3 A.I.20.3 What are the two types of scriptural knowledge? There are five sub divisions of Parikarma, namely: Vy ykhy - Prajñapti, Dvipas gara Prajñapti, Jamb dvipa Prajñapti, S rya Prajñapti and Candra Prajñapti.
