Meaning: Imagine the sky showering nectrine rain and having a multitude of clouds. Then remember Vam (a) which is the mystic syllable governing the element of water and which is formed of the crescent and a dot. Then visulize that with the nectar like water produced by the sacred syllable Vam (₹) the ashes of the body and karmas, spread over the whole expanse of the sky, is being washed away.
