________________ That is why the weak are not capable of practicing Shukla Dhyana. gaafeo=91FA19: anınaìseùfa sìdàsex1fw: 1 दुष्करमध्याधुनिकैः शुक्लध्यानं यथाशास्त्रम् ॥४॥ Meaning: According to scriptures it is difficult for the people of this period (current) to practice Shukla Dhyana. However, I describe Shukla Dhyana so that the hitherto unbroken tradition handed down to us is not terminated. च । ज्ञेयं नानात्वश्रुत विचार मैक्यश्रुताविचारं सूक्ष्म क्रियमुत्सन्न क्रियमिति भेदैश्चतुर्धा तत् ।। ५ ।। Meaning: It is divided into four categories, namely Prithakatva Vitarka Savichara, Ekatva Vitarka Avichara, Sukshmakriya Apratipati, and Vyuparata Kriya Nivriti. एकत्र पर्ययाणां विविधनयानुसरणं श्रुताद् द्रव्ये । श्रर्यव्यञ्जनयोगान्तरेषु संक्रमणयुक्तमाद्यं तत् ॥६॥ Meaning In accordance with the scriptural definations, various states of transformation of matter should be meditated upon from the noumenal and phenomenal view points. This meditation should also transcend into the combination of meanings with three medias, thought, speech, and body, one by one. This is the first category.
