विद्यार्थी जैनधर्म शिक्षा । शिक्षक-ईसाई मतकी न्यू टेस्टामेन्ट New Testamentका मैंने पढ़ा है जिसको सन् १९१६ मे British Foreign bible society 146 Queen Victoria stront Loudou ने प्रकाश किया है। इसमे बहुतसे वाक्योंमे यह सिद्ध होता है कि यह जीव स्वयं परमात्मापनेकी शक्ति रखना है तथा यह स्वय अपने पुरुषार्थसे पूर्ण परमात्मा बन सक्ता है। यह बात जैन सिद्धातसे मिलती है। इसको सूचित करनेवाले जो वाइविलमे ईमाई साधुओंके वाक्य है वे नीचे दिये जाने हे
(१) सेन्ट मैथ्य ( St M.ither) अध्याय सातवेंमें कहते है
7--Ask, and it shall be given you, sech, and ye shall find, knock, and it shall be opened unto you
8-For Every man that asketh receneth, and he that seeketh findeth, and to him thal Knocheth it shall be opened
भा०-इच्छा करो और तुम प्राप्त कर लोगे। खोजो और तुमको मिल जायगा । खटखटाओ और तुम्हारे लिये दरवाजा खुल जायगा क्योंकि जो चाहता हे वह पासक्ता है, जो खोजता है वह लेसक्ता है । जो खटखटायगा उसके लिये द्वार खुल जायगा। इसका भाव यही है कि मुक्ति तुम्हारे ही पास है, जो खोजता है वह पाता है। और अध्याय १९ उन्नीसवेमे भी कहा है।
