This is completely an illusion and untrue. First of all, let us see the cosmic calendar of Carl Segan. Mr. Carl Segan divided the time between Big-Bang and the moment of destruction of the whole universe (pralayakāla) into 12 months and 365 days. The Big Bang occurred on the first day of January and Carl Segan gives as under the account of incidents that followed. The Big-Bang - January, 1. The formation of the milky way - May, 1. The creation of the Sun - September, 9. The creation of the earth - September, 14. The beginning of life on the earth - September, 25 The oldest rock formed on the earth - October, 2.
