Introduction Metres (Chhanda ) : The metre of the verses of Nadivijnanam used by the author in the presentation of their contents and treatment of their subject-matters is of varied characters, such as, Shalini, Anustubh, Malini, Vasantatilaka, Indravajra - Upendravajra (Upajati), Sardulavikridita, Mandakranta, etc. 1.
