In such condition, if the beating of the pulse of a patient is 160 times per minute, there is no hope of his life. In the trembling condition of the pulse in Vatika fever, when the pulse contracts, the beating of the pulse of a patient is 120130 times per minute, it can be considered as a danger to his life.
