Durir g their 'Vihar (Journey) at one place they were waylaid by a Bhill dacoit, The Robber asked the: aints to part with their belonging Acharya told the Bhill not to commit the robbery a sin. Bhill lacoit was unaffected and asked them nevertheless to surrender their clothes. Once again Acharya Shridhar pleaded and said to Bhill "You will commit sin and your family will be benefite d. But for this deed you will be condemned to the miseries of hell. Think, Bhill was ada mant and replied- "No sir my family members will share my sin. Ask tiem first. We are waiting until you do it, Bhill vent to his house and asked his wife who refused to share his sin. He then asked all the members o the house hold but everyone there refused to share his sins. Dejected and dispaired the thief came back and told the Acharya that no one is prepared to share his misdeed. Achai ya told him that whoever commits acts of sin, has to suffer. Bhill realised this, took an oath not to commit such sins. He fulfilled i upto last and after death could get to heavenly pleasures. Such s the significance of religion.
