( ગતાંક પૃષ્ઠ પર થી ચાલુ) શ્રી અંતરિક્ષપાશ્વનાથ ભગવાનના તીર્થનો વહીવટ તથા માલિકી વિગેરે ઉપર અધિકારના સંબંધમાં વેતાંબરો તથા દિગંબરો વચ્ચે ઘણું લાંબા સમય સુધી ચાલેલા કેસનો અને વિવાદનો ઉલ્લેખ ગયા અંકમાં વિસ્તારથી આવી ગયા છે. આ કેસ ઠેઠ ઇગ્લાંડની કિવી કાઉન્સીલ સુધી પહોંચ્યો હતો. અને ત્યાં ચુકાદો ઇસ્વીસન ૧૯૨૬ ના જુલાઇની ૯, મી તારીખે આવ્યો હતો, એ પણ ગતાંકમાં જણાવાઈ ગયું છે. આ અંકમાં પ્રીવીકાઉન્સીલને એ ચુકાદ ઈંગ્લીશ ભાષામાં જ અક્ષરશ: નીચે મુજબ આપવામાં આવે છે. એનો ભાવાર્થ ગયા અંકોમાં આવી ગયા હોવાથી ગુજરાતી અનુવાદ નથી કરતો.
