चारित्रयोगो गुरुभक्तिनिष्ठा सुयोग्यविद्याध्ययनोद्यमश्च । एतत्त्रयं निश्चलनिश्चयं यं प्रवर्धमानाभ्युदयीचकार ॥
ચારિત્રનું પરિપાલન, ગુરુભક્તિનિષ્ઠા અને વિદ્યાધ્યયનમાં સુગ્ય પ્રયત્નશીલપણું આ ત્રણના યોગે, આત્મનિશ્ચયમાં નિશ્ચલ એવા જે સાધુને અસ્પૃદય વધતો ચાલે,
Who, with unswerving resoluteness, went on achieving his progressive advancement with the aid of right conduct, steady devotion to the great Guru ( preceptor ) and proper diligence in the pursuit of learning;
