The author has dealt out equal justice to all schools of thought, which can be evidently seen from the very first expository sentence of the work, which runs as follows:
. “यं श्रुत्वा सर्वशास्त्रेषु, प्रायस्त्त्वविनिश्चयः । जायते द्वेषशमनः” We have in our possession a small yet elegant commentary composed by the great Acharya himself, which we are shortly going to publish as the second part of this work. But, we present to our more thoghtful readers a lucid commentary named, 'RIETTE Tar' written by Nyayacharya Yashovijaya Upadhyâya,
We had a mind to publish the biography of Shrimad Haribhadra Acharya but the want of time has forced us to give up the idea for the present. We shall, if possible, lay it before our readers in the second part of this work.
We have got this work prepared by Pundit Hargovinddas Trikamchand Shah, a scholar of pity and an ex-student of the Shree Yashovijay Pathashåld of Benares.
