Text-Muhapatti, Sanskrit-Mukhapatri Lit, a Leaf for the mouth, a small piece of cloth, suspended over the mouth to protect it against the entrance of any living thing, see Bhagwati P. 195 where Muhamottiam is probably an error for Muhapattiyam.
