Three distinctions of self afgera: qafa fare¤r gåàfeg 1 उपेयात् तत्र परमं मध्योपायात् बहिस्त्यजेत् ॥ ४ ॥ Here in this verse Acharya has expounded to a considerable length and with a subtle insight the layers or parts of the self explaining with an extensive cruciality what part is admissible what to be abstained from and what are the means and religious and moral percepts and prescriptions to these ends.
