22. In the case of clouds, the word for 'transformation' is parinaniettaye, not viuvvittae, because the clouds have no soul. Yet the clouds transform but they do so as part of the natural process. This is the reason why they do not transform by their own capability, activity and exertion, but by the capability, activity and exertion of others.
23. Abhiyoga means power to enter into an animal form (body), whereas vikurvaņā means to transform one's own person. On abhiyoga, the following is important :
mantā-jogas kāus bhūikammaṁ tu je pausjesti saya-rasa-iddhiheum abhiyogam bhāvaņaṁ kunai
[One who indulges in material activities with an earthly end like power, prosperity, good food, etc., is said to perform abhiyoga.]
