વસ્તુતઃ સત્ય, સન્તોષ, નમ્રભાવ, સહિષ્ણુતા-; ક્ષમા, દયા તથા બ્રહ્મ એ બધું તપમાં જ છે.
૨૮૧ * બ્રહ્મચર્ય. * જીવનનું સદ્ગુણીપણું એ સહુથી મોટું તપ.
Really speaking, truthfulness, contentment, modesty, endurance, forbearance, compassion or Chastity-all these are Tapa.
