An in-depth study of some important recitations (stotras) and the gradual development of worship practices using Mantras and Yantras will be explained with slides and charts. The effect of such worship practices on day to day life will be explored. The high watermark of an ancient civilization is traced to the philosophy of Vedanta as taught in India's ancient texts Special focus is made on the application of these teachings in present day South Africa. The spiritual form of expression in female life requires more consideration in the effort of securing physical, mental, and social well being. The female spiritual energy will contribute considerably to wholesome healing and peace.
