The goal is to create a positive awareness and a respect for JWOL and Jainism throughout North America. Requirements to achieve such goals will include the following key elements: KEY ELEMENTS Number of North American population who knows what Jainism is or some aspect of JWOL (Jain Way of Life) Number of Vegetarians/animal rights/Yoga teachers that have at had at least 1 Hr/Year exposure to Jainism Number of Jain books sold in US Bookstores (such as Barnes Nobles) Percentage of high schools students recognize Jainism as a religion Number of talks (in nonJain forum) given by Jains on Jainism 94 Jain Education International 2010_03 Number of major press coverage in North America on Jainims /JWOL per year Jain Temples or Jain Exhibits promoted as a standard touring sites for non-Jains Other Innovative Promotions: Jain Movie, University Chairs, etc..
