But I am pleasently surprized to know that for more than 15 years you have been conductiong Preksha Dhyan classes - twice a week i. e. Wednesday and Saturday. I am also glad to know that 15-25 persons of which mostly women are joining your exercise during the day between 3-5 p.m. After reading the previous pages and books on Preksha Dhyan, I am glad to write that your contribution to mental and physical well being of your pupil is really very great. I wish that you may continue such efforts for many many years. This will spread the remedy which is very important at this time in our society when tension, grief and sorrow are increasing very rapidly. People from different communities come and take your help.
