ADJECTIVE 17. A few words generally considered to be substantives are used as adjectives in our text. Thus tiyaya and among the adjectives defining the kusila's bad looks niddhādani, mayaņi, māraņi and sarīsivā [10.45, 11.30, 11.54, 11.21 in III.$39).
