INVITATION TO RENT A BOOTH
At the Convention, we are planning to have an exhibition dealing with different products. The number of exhibitors associated with a specific type of product will be limited. We will serve snacks in the exhibition hall twice a day to increase traffic in the hall. Rates for booths will be as follows:
. You can not display any products or conduct business at the booth, which violates the basic principles of Jainism. The selection committee will use its judgment and may reject the application. • A formal contract shall be sent to you, which will include rules, regulations, terms, and conditions, and application form for additional furniture, janitorial services and power supply requirements.
Corner booth
$1250 (not available to non-profit organizations) Other than corner booths: $1000 Non-profit organizations: $550 (Non-Jains) Non-profit organizations: $300 (Jains only)
• All booths and locations will be allotted on a first-come-first- serve basis. • Floor plan is available. • Registration to the convention is mandatory for all exhibitors. Complimentary registration for two persons will be provided for all reservations received before January 31, 2003, after which registration, @ $90.00/person, to the convention will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. • All the booths will include the following in the basic price: (1) 10 x 10 ft booth space, (2) one 8 ft skirted table, (3) two Chairs, and (4) Organization name.
