Mr. Sachindra K. Jain of Mississauga, Ontario, held a wedding reception for the newly wed couple, Arvin and Meera Jain, on August 24th, at Party Place, 390 Dixon Road, Toronto.
The groom is the youngest son of Mr. Gokul Chandra and Mohini Jain of Delhi, and the bride is the daughter of the late Omprakash and Sarla Jain of Delhi. To mark the happy occasion, Mr. S. K. Jain and Mr. Arvin Jain became the Patrons of Jain Digest, each contributing $101.00

Mr. Deepak Jain of Hamilton, Canada, married recently Savita Jain of Delhi. Savita arrived in Canada lately to join her husband. Happy union to the young couple.
MUNI SUSHIL KUMAR IN ROCHESTER, N.Y.
Yoga Society of Rochester invited Acharya to address the members and the students of the Society. The discourse, 'Role of Individual In Peace Movement' was very informative, ingenious and very interesting, although the audience was of different background. A new thought of Jain point of view of Ahimsa and Peace in the Peace Movement was explained.
SYMPOSIUM: AHIMSA & PEACE
AT MCMASTER UNIVERSITY
International Mahavira Jain Mission Canada, in cooperation with India-Canada Association, organized the symposium on Saturday, the 21st, at McMaster University. The Mayor of Hamilton, Mr. Robert Morrow, Professor Paul Dekar, Dr. G. Subbiah of McMaster, and His Holiness Acharya Sushil Kumar, were the speakers at the symposium.
