श्रीगणेशाय नमः ॥ ॥ श्रीसर्व्वज्ञाय नमः ॥ ॥ हंसराजवच्छराजरी चोपी लिष्यते ॥ आदीसर आदइ करी । चउवीसेइ जिणंद ॥ सरसत मनि समरुं सदा । श्रीजयतिलकसुरिंद ॥ १ ॥ सदगुरुपयप्रणमी करि । पामी गुरु आदेस ।
पुन्य तणा फल बोलसुं । कहिस्युं हुं लवलेस ॥ २ ॥ etc.

श्री ' खरतर 'गच्छ गुण निलउ जी । श्री जिनतिलकसूरिराय ॥ ए ॥ मोटा मोटा भूपती जी । प्रणमद्द जेहना पाय । ६ । ए० । एह प्रबंध सुहामण जी कहइ श्रीजिना ( ? नो ) दयसूरि । भइ गुणइ श्रवणइ सुणइ । तिहां गर आनंदसूरि ॥ ७ ॥ ए० ॥ च्यारि षंड चउपई करी श्रीसंघ सुणिवा काज ।
पुण्य सहु सुष पांमीयइ । हंस अनइ वच्छराज ॥ ८ ॥ इति श्रीवच्छराजहंसराचउपई संपूर्णः ॥
