FOREWORD
We are so very happy to place in the hands of scholars and researchers, a critical and analytical study of the
Nyāyasāra' of the renowned author Bhäsarvajña who is one of the foremost authorities on Nyāya. He has raised and answered fully so many subtle questions. His style is fairly simple though deep in content. He rises to the highest philosophical heights, with Nyāya in which he reveals his full mastery.
The present work is a Ph.D. Thesis. It was received by us for printing several years back but could not be taken up for printing due to several reasons. However, the present editors are happy the Thesis is being published.
It is sincerely hoped that the work will be accorded a welcome that other research publications had in the world of scholars, researchers and academicians at large.
