Svayambhu-q- The omniscient who has realised his nature and is worshipped by the lords of all worlds, becomes self sufficient, and he is called Svayambhu.
स्वयम्भू - The word स्वयम्भू is used, and it signifies the self existent Brāhmaṇa. The Jainas too call their divinity Svayambhu. By using this word they mean, that the individual self has become (Svayambhuta) the universal one. The vedantic sense is that of self created and self existent. This designation is used by various Jaina authors. Kundakunda in Pravacans āra - 1, 16; Samantabhadara in his svayambhu stotra; Siddhasena, at the opening of his stutis; Pujyapad in Siddhabhakti and many other later authors. Svi krtif-Concurrence.
