On current reckoning, the canonical weight units seem to be sufficiently gross as they start with 0.121 or 5.8 g in comparison to 0.001 g in each case. They also do not have much on the maximum side too. (2) Different Terms Used for Various Units
The Hindi commentators of canonical treatises have referred to different names of various units described above found in many books.
