Some of the remedies from personal experience are provided below: Food: (1) Be regular in eating. (2) Eat only in proportion to hunger. Eat in accordance with stomach capacity and not according to the demand of the tongue taste buds. (4) For the health of body and mind, do not eat very hot (chilly), fried, spicy, and heavy food. Try to avoid nocturnal eating. Do not sleep soon after full heavy dinner. (5) Vegetarian food is a complete meal and easily digestible, so that constipation and obesity can be avoided. Slim body is especially useful for long life. Fresh, non-sour buttermilk without fat is one of the best healthy drink. Rest and Laziness: With proper sleep, bodily tiredness is got rid off and once again we can work with alertness. Take sleep in accordance with age, occupation, circumstances, food, etc.; and stay away from over sleep by realizing that life is for doing good work while staying awake.
