In this age, the above titled life style is unpopular and for many it is impractical, laughable o and almost impossible. Any important and ideal work is felt that way in the beginning, but it can be achieved if we make firm resolve and work with patience and discretion.
At the base of spirituality there are selflessness and benevolence; and the effort to implement these two virtues in life is simple living. The dream of such life can come true in the background of appropriate thinking and high discretion. The various means to achieve such life are mentioned below: -
1. Simple, nutritious, moderate eating. 2. Gentle, less expensive and necessary dress.
3. Always working so as to make effective and efficient use of time.
4. As much as possible, do your work yourself; do not impose it on others.
