8. Optimistic Attitude: Begin all work keeping in mind your capacity, means and purpose. Once you start your work, then in the beginning there may be many difficulties, but continue to do it patiently with perseverance and do not hesitate to get help from others. Inspite of tiredness, boredom, opposition, insufficient means and lack of timely success, the work will be finished appropriately by honest and organized efforts.
9. Addictionlessness: Anybody who has big addiction in life becomes dependent, agitated, mentally unstable, sick, extravagant and irritable in nature. Therefore, make conscious effort to keep the terrible vices such as drinking, gambling, meat eating, hunting, stealing or lustfulness, away from your life and be constantly on guard.
10. Cool and calm mind: By getting angry, one o kind of madness takes over us. Then, we are not aware of our speech or behavior and we are likely to harm others or ourselves because of the consequent indiscriminate behavior. Nobody befriends such person, and he becomes lonely, loses cheerfulness and cannot become successful in his work. For the health of mind and body, relaxation (lying down still like a dead body, or Shavasan) is the best, simple, easy for all and a proven method. There are many advantages of doing it daily for about five minutes in the morning and evening.
