Knowledge is the ornament of men. The wife is the ornament of the home. The moon is the ornament of the sky. The ornament of all is good manners.
नाल्पायते हि सद् विद्या दीयमानापि वर्द्धते ।
कूपस्थमपि पानीयं भवत्येव वहूदकम् ॥ सच्ची विद्या देने से भी घटती नहि बढती है। कुए का पानी बडता हि रहता है

Many birds come together at night on a tree. They go away to different directions at daybreak. Why should there be lamentation ?
अव्यक्तादीनि भूतानि व्यक्तमध्यानि शौनक । अव्यक्तनिधनान्येव का तत्र परिदेवना ॥
