Then that Lord Pãrswa, who is greatly renowned in the world, delivered to that girl Bhîya and to a great assembly the religous instruction. Having heard and listened to it she was greatly delighted, and saluted and bowed down to him, and having done so, she spoke to him thus: “I believe, Venerable Sir, in the Doctrine of the Nigganthas (and so forth, down to) I have stood for that, it is exactly as you propound (and so forth, down to ) I shall take the permission of my parents and then get myself initiated.
