They are, (1) to spcak ill of others (2) to divulge any one's secret (3) 10 censure others [4] to fabricate false writings and [5] to doctor accounts. The third Aruvrita is gencral abstinence from stealing. To take The Achours without its owner's permission what is kort, lying, Anuvrita forgotten or not one's own, is general stcaling. Thcsc live vows observed without faults and the abandonment of intoxicants, animal food and honcy, make up the cight primary qualitics of a lay man. They are essential to make him a Shra. vak.
