પ્રિલ્હી કાઉન્સીલની ડીક્રી
"The court of the Judicial Commissoner on the 1st October 1923 made a decree setting side the decree of the lower court and ordering.
(1) That the Shwetambaris are entitled to the Exclusive management of the Temple and image of Shri Antrsiksha Parasnathji Maharaj and that they have right to worship the image in accordance with their custom.
(2) That the Digambaries have a right of worshiping the image in accordance with an agreement made in 1905, but are not to interfere with the Shwetambari custom of worship.
(3) That the Digambari sect be permanently restrained from obstructing the Shwetamebari sect in getting the image restored to its original form and plastering the same now and hereafter.'
"His Majesty having taken the said report into conssideration was pleased by and with the advice of His Privy Council to approve thereof and to order as it hereby ordered that the same be punctually observed, obeyed and carried into execution."
Whereof the judges of the court of the judicial commissner of the central Proviinces for the time being and all other persons whom it may concern are to take notice and govern them selves accordingly by.
નાગપુર હાઇક્રા માંથી સન ૧૯૨૩માં ઉપર મુજબના જ ચુકાદો આવ્યા હતા તેના તત્કાલ પછી સન ૧૯૨૪માં શ્વેતાંબરાએ ભગવાનને વિલેપન કરાવ્યું હતુ ત્યારે પણ દિગંબરેએ વિલેપનકાર્ય સ્થગિત કરાવવા માટે કાર્ટૂનું શરણુ
સ્વીકાર્યું હતું પણ ત્યાં તેમનું કાંઈ પણ ચાલ્યું હું અને કે તેમની વિનંતી અમાન્ય રાખી. તેના પરિણામસ્વરૂપ દિગબરાએ લેપ કરાએલી મૂર્તિ ઉપર પ્રતિદિન ગરમ દૂધ–ગરમ પાણી આદિના પ્રક્ષાલ કરી અને બીજા અન્ય ઉપાયા વડે કરીને વિલેપન ઘસવાના પ્રયાસ કરી તેમને મળેલા આધકારને સદુપયેગ (?) કરી રાજી રહ્યા. અને ત્યાર પછી તેઓ પ્રિત્હી કાઉન્સીલમાં પોતાના કેસ અપીલના સ્વરૂપમાં લઈ ગયા. ત્યાં પણુ ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબ તેને પૂર્ણ હાર મળી.
ફરી ૧૯૩૪માં ભગવાનને લેપ કરવાને પ્રસંગ ઊભેા થયા ત્યારે ફરીથી દિગુભાએ વિરાધ ચાલુ કર્યા અને Old wine in new botlle.
