Queen Hiranyavatı arrived there to pay homage to Namidāsa. Being invited by her, V. met and paid his respects to his Vidyadbara fatherin-laws viz-Aganivega, Simhadastra and Vidyudvega, their wives, and Gan. dharvadatta's brothers, Simbayaśas and Varābagriva, all of whom had come there for the occasion. Taey requested V. to send his Vidyadhara wives with them to attend the holy convention of all the Vidyadhara groups of different traditions that was shortly to be held on the mount Hiinat, in front of the images of Samjayanta and Dharana, the kings of the Nägas. Bālcandrā too, wished to join them with a view to strive there under Vegavau's guidance is acquire the Vidyās. V. consented. The Vidyādbara wivos departed, leaving V. in the company of his two human wives. At that moment the magic palace created by Balaca ndrá also disappeared. v. returned to Kunālā. Astrologers had predicated that she would be Vi's wife Onco when she went to see her friend Vegavati, she came to know that the latter had married V. and was with him then at Mahāpura in the southern half of Bharata.
