(1) Anitya Anupreksha, Everything is subject: to change or transitory but note that asSubstance everything is permanent. Only condition is transitory. Asharana Anupreksha. Unprotectiveness, Helplessness. The Soul is unprotected from the fruition of Karmas. Death, pain, pleasure success, failure are the necessary results of our acts in this or past lives. (3) Samsara Anupreksha. Mundaneness. Soul moves in the cycle of existences and cannot attain true happiness till he is. out of it. (4) Ekatva Anupreksha. Loneliness. I am alone the doer of my actions and the enjoyer of the fruits of them. (5) Anyatva Anupreksha. Separateness, otherness. The world, my relatives and friends, my body and mind, they are all distinct and separate from my real self. (6) Ashuchi Anupreksha, Impurity. The body is impure and dirty.
