Its verses are neither difficult nor are they numerous Śreemad Hemcandrācārya consider the verses of Tilak Manjari of a very high type and has quoted some of them in his Kavyānāśaśana as the illustrations of pun and in his 'Chhaṇdonāśaśana' as the illustrations of Matrâ a kind of metre.
