away. The people dispursed. Malaya came with Magadha upstairs. Malaya called for one earthen pot. She (He) then got it filled with scorpions, serpents and someother biting insects. The mouth of the a pot was covered and closed tightly by a piece of cloth.
Malaya explained in details everything to Magadha. She became ready to do as per scheme suggested by Malaya. At four o'clock in the evening, that man came.
Magadha said :
“Please see what is there in this pot, by placing your hand inside it,'
The man thrust his hand in the pot. Immediately, the scorpions and other biting insects wrapped round his hand. The man shouted weeping ;
‘Oh my God ! There is 'something in this pot. Something bit me.!
