So long as mind does not experience happiness derived from the state of mind, unruffled by the fluctuatio118 of joy and grief, he desires happiness from the enjoymerits of sensual objectes étc. But if he attains a little of the tranquillitly of mind, he has no desire even for the aquisition of the sovereignty over the three worls.
