________________ Kavyakalpalatávfitti Again, just as he does not analyse in details, problems that 'Parimala' has already dealt with and analysed, he does not give his comments on matters that are too simple. Thus, while coming to the सकलक्रियास्तबक (4-4), he states that he does not comment upon it because it is easy to understand सुगमोऽस्तीति न व्याख्यातः. Again, in his comments on of4G7, the author prefers to comment only on अङ्गभङ्गश्लेषव्युत्पादनप्रकार. Thus, what is easy to grasp and what is fully analysed by the “Parimala' does not come within the purview of the 'Makaranda'. This shows the author's understanding of and great regard for 'Parimala' and his thorough grasp over what must be added and what not. Study in Details Let us now note a few details, critically and analytically, of the work and the Vrttis on it. काव्यकल्पलताकविशिक्षा The work is divided into four broad groups known as AFP and each Pratāna is sub-divided into several sub-sections known as FIC.
