(5) Again at Bangalore there is a 169 years old pakka building. It was purchased from Bombay High Court in Auction in 1965 along with open garden land all around and was renovated thereafter in part keeping the "existing building" intact with its old tiles on the floor and the thick walls. The round about land was developed in the form of sites of a residential Layout, a decent, noteworthy layout, now known as Udani Layout, no doubt, the secrets of the topographical Vastu of which is studied and known by this writer. The mysteries of the said Existing Building, where stayed once upon a time Sir Winston Churchill, who was then at that time, the War Minister-Defence Minister of U.K., are known by a few people only. The underground "SHALYA" also is probably not detected and removed. But its effects prevailed throughout.
As a result, it was practically noticed that the hidden underground "Shalya" left its effects on the Warrior brain of Churchill residing then. Thereafter the following residents had-probably inherited the fighting waves and vibrations left by War-making Churchill, their predecessor! They had some quarrels and the building went to the Bombay High Court, from which the above developers-engineers and Contractors had purchased, as said hereabove in Auction and then developed.
These new buyer contractors also inherited their own troubles cropping up thereafter: Duping the noble-hearted Main Partner of the said Contractor firm, who himself had put his blood therein alongwith this writer brother-partner, by other unscrupulous own family relative partners! Thereafter litigations by severals... Motor Accidental Death of said noble brother-partner himself in 1970....fighting of several litigations and struggles by the undersigned to save and protect the interests of the Minors of above departed brother...and after coming out of these all saving brother's widow and family, what a contrasting pathetic plight that the same relative filed false and frivolous cases against this vary savior of theirs!!! What to say of such relationships of the world, and such ways of relatives, so called relatives!!! Philosophically not to blame them, but their own Karmas as certainly these are the ill-effects of the said residential place Vastu Only! Above this all when our own talented Gold Medalist Eldest daughter Parul (in 1988) also met with untimely Motor Accidental Death in her blooming youth, our suspicion about the Building's Vastu-faults was completely confirmed. Our respected Vastu Guides, Acharya Shri Jayantsensooriji and Gouru Tirupati Reddy to whom this book is dedicated, also graciously confirmed this and suggested the remedies to come out. We
