II The Ten Prāyaścittas The texts of the svetāmbara canon give the following ten prāyaścittas. (Thăn., p. 355b; Bhag., pp. 920bff; Ova. p. 78; etc. etc.). (4) facut (fa) -37% FLERATT: -- giving up of trans gressions like impure food etc. (5) fachi (Off) - FRUTHT: -- practising kāyotsarga. (6) 79 (797) - fafanfalfa -- penance in the form of fasting or taking a particular kind of food. (7) 04 () - Fanitumattor - the shortening of seniority or insubordination.
