(3) lipta with oil, ghee etc. — catvāro laghukāḥ. (4) purekarma — catvāro laghukāḥ. (5) paścātkarma — catvāro laghukāḥ. (6) accepting food containing powdered bulbs, roots, etc. — māsalaghu.
