The Jain Society of Greater Detroit is pleased to announce the Pratishtha Mahotsav in its new temple. The Pratishtha Mahotsav will be celebrated between June 27 through July 6, 1998. The Pratishtha ceremony will take place on Sunday, July 5th, 1998. Religious leaders, scholars, lecturers, and prominent dignitaries from the United States and around the world will be attending this auspicious event and blessing this grand occasion.
On behalf of the Jain Society of Greater Detroit, we extend a cordial invitation to you, your family and friends to join us during these festivities.
A full schedule of activities is planned for this unique celebration and we hope that you will be able to participate in all of them. There will be many exciting events, displays, exhibits and procession as well as lectures and religious discourses. Our youth group is planning many activities for young children and youth. We promise you a memorable week of cultural, religious, and spiritual experiences for the entire family.

The Jain Society of Detroit is planning to have a pratishtha for eleven pratimajis:
