Nalavahalı or Navabahan (another reading is नह वहण i.e. नभो बाहण) succeeded them as a king and ruled for 40 years. Shaka Kings 61 -57 B.C. Hem Chandra gives the date of Chandra Gupta in his. Parishishta Parvas as, — "ga a para mayai ya tai पंच पंचाशदधिके च चन्द्रगुप्तोऽभववृपः ॥" i.e. 155 years after Mahavira's nirvån or 372 B.C. and
