Meaning: Nirjara is of two kinds, namely Akama and Sakama. The former is inauspicious and the latter auspicious. That is called Akamanirjara when one experiences the accumulated Karmas which have burst up into rise not willingly but with bemoanings, lamentations, helplessness and ignorantly. And that is called the Sakamanirjara when one patiently endures the Karmas which have not even matured, with knowledge, meditation, penance, self-control, and enduring of the Parisahas.
