પ્રધાન ક્રિયાઓ ચાલતી જણાશે. એ સર્વને બદલે દિવ્યશક્તિનું કાર્ય શરૂ થાય એવી ભાવના મનમાં ધારણ કરવી. બધું શાન્ત થયે બુદ્ધિમાં શક્તિ Will જાગૃત રાખીને દિવ્યશક્તિ શીવાય બીજું કાર્ય કરે નહિં–ચાલે નહિં એવી સતત શકિત અને હદયમાં તે શકિત ઉપરથી આવીને સર્વ કરણેનું રૂપાંતર કરી અસત્ય ક્રિયાઓને બદલે પિતાની જ્ઞાનમય સત્ય ક્રિયા ચાલુ કરે એ ભાવ ધારણ કરવો.
જ્યારે દિવ્યશકિતનું કાર્ય શરૂ થાય છે ત્યારે પ્રથમ અપૂર્વ શાન્તિ આખા આધારમાં છવાઈ રહે છે, ત્યાર પછી શકિતનું અવતરણ થાય છે અને શકિના અનુભવ પછી તેજ ઉતરવા માંડે છે. આ તેજ જ્ઞાનનું ચિન્હ છે અને તે દોરે છે. With light comes knowledge which is the sure and unfailing guide. આ દિવ્યશકિત ઉપર દ્રઢ શ્રદ્ધા રાખી, સંપૂર્ણ સમતા રાખતાં શીખવું. સમતામાંજ શકિતનું કાર્ય થાય છે. અંતરમાં–આધારમાં ગમે તેવી મન પ્રાણુ તથા ચિત્તની અવળી ક્રિયાઓ થતી હોય તે પણ તમે તે સર્વથી પર છે એમ અનુભવી તે ક્રિયાઓમાંથી માત્ર અનુમતી ખેંચી લેવી. અગામી પ્રકૃતિ યોગમાં આગળ વધવામાં અંતરાય રૂપ થાય છે તેને જોઈ જોઈને દરેક સ્તરમાંથી દૂર (reject) કરવી જોઈએ. એના કાર્યને અનુમતી આપવી બંધ કરી એને દૂર થવા કહેવું જોઈએ.
- જ્યારે પ્રાણમાં higher consciousness સ્થાપન થાય છે ત્યારે પ્રાણ શાનિત અને શકિતથી પૂર્ણ ભરાઈ જાય છે. અને ઘણેજ વિશાળ થાય છે. જ્યારે આ પ્રાપ્ત થાય છે ત્યારે પ્રાણુની નીચેનાં અજ્ઞાનના બળની શકિત એકદમ કમ થઈ જાય છે. સાધના ઘણું ઉતાવળી ચાલવા માંડે છે.
The replacing of the power of the lower conciousness by that of the higher is the object of all self-surrender-the surrender of your small, narrow, personal being and it's activities to the higher and vaster divine being and divine activities. By this surrender, one will cease to act from one's personal motives, impulses, desires etc., as one is at present doing. By the progressively increasing self-surrender, the action of the higher consciousness will gradually begin to play in the place of the personal That is how works in life and surrender are reconciled. The works in life will proceed as the result of the surrender, from the higher consciousness instead of, as now, from the narrow, lower, personal.
