________________ jJAna hai eka sudhA kA sAgara, yahI hai parama brhm| jo isameM magna huA hai, use kabhI bAhya bhAva meM saMcAra nahIM karanA cAhiye, kyoMki yaha to vaha z2ahara hai. jo AtmasAdhaka ke prANa hara letA hai| jJAna che eka sudhAno sAgara, | A ja che parama brahma. je emAM mana banyo che. eNe kadI bAhya bhAvamAM saMcAra na karavo joIe, | kAraNa kaeN A to te jhera che, 'je AtmasAdhanA prANa harI le che. Knowledge is like an ocean of nectar. It is the supreme divinity. One who is immersed in it, should never be concerned with external dispositions, for they are the poison that takes the life of a spiritual mendicant.

A vAta che paramabrahmamAM nimagna sAdhaDanI. For the votary immersed in the supreme divinity, it is said in the Bhagavati Sutra and other agamas, that as the duration of ascetic vows increases, his tejoleshya [mystic ability} also increases. His happiness is constantly increasing.

A sukha eTaluM kalpanAtIta che, Dena to ene priyAnA AliMgana jevuM kahI zakAya, The na to caMdanararAnA 'vilepana jevuM kahI zakAya. It is impossible to describe the happiness of one who is immersed in knowledge. His happiness is utterly beyond description. It can neither be described as the embrace of the beloved, nor as massage with sandalwood paste.

'to pachI e jJAnAmRtamAM je sarvAga nimagnatA hoya, enI to ame zuM prazaMsA karIe? Knowledge is such a nectar, even one drop has tremendous importance. It strengthens the soothing coolness, of the bliss of equanimity. What can one say in praise of one who is completely immersed in the nectar of knowledge?
